Terms of purchase
Our prices include VAT, 12% (food) and 25% (other).
Should the VAT rate change, we reserve the right to change our prices.
BETALNING
Vi erbjuder dig via Stripe följande betalningsmetoder i kassan: Klarna, internetbank, kortbetalning, Paypal, Shop pay, Apple pay och Google pay.
DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate* for deliveries with DHL Service Point.
With DHL Service Point, your goods are sent to the nearest DHL delivery point and when the package is available for collection, you will receive a notification via text message or email with information about the delivery point and collection.
The shipping cost is 90 SEK (* extra charge applies for the tin cans of olive oil).
We do not offer a free shipping option unless you have a discount code for free shipping.
Your package will be kept for 14 days before it is returned. Bring your shipment number and ID when you pick up your package.
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days from order.
We reserve the right for final sales and stock levels at our suppliers and for any incorrect pricing. Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock and becomes backordered. This is because the item is not currently in stock or the delivery is delayed. An email will be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you want to cancel your backorder or if you have questions about delivery times etc.
– Ej uthämtat paket
Paketet ligger kvar hos ombudet i 14 dagar från det att du har fått din avisering. Efter tre påminnelser kommer paketet att skickas tillbaka till oss. En avgift på 250kr kommer att tas ut för alla paket som inte hämtas ut inom 14 dagars tid. Denna avgift täcker de faktiska kostnaderna för returfrakt, expeditionsavgift och hantering. Beloppet kommer att debiteras antingen via faktura eller dras av från den ordersumman som återbetalas efter returen har ankommit till vårt lager.
OTHER DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you want us to deliver to an address other than your own, you can, if you pay by card or via direct payment bank (STRIPE/KLARNA), choose to enter an alternative delivery address.
It can be your own or someone else's address.
RETURRÄTT
Vi följer distansavtalslagen och därmed har du rätt att returnera beställda varor utan att ange någon anledning.
Är du inte nöjd med något du beställt har du 14 dagars ångerrätt efter det att du mottagit varan. Ångerrätten gäller ej om varans förpackning på något sätt öppnats eller om den använts.
Du står själv för hela returkostnaden av din beställning.
Du har alltid rätt att häva ditt köp utan kostnad om varan är slut eller vid förseningar.
Once we have received the item and found that it is not damaged or in any way used, we will refund the full amount excluding shipping as soon as possible, but no later than 20 days. We do not redeem packages sent in return for cash on delivery.

CLAIMS
If any product in your order is damaged or faulty, you must make a claim within a reasonable time of discovering the fault, preferably immediately. If a product is faulty, we will pay for the return shipping and reimburse you for the amount you paid for the product, plus any postage and shipping charges. Refunds will be made within 30 days. If you want to receive a new copy of the same product, we will send you a new one free of charge and reimburse the return shipping costs.
FOREIGN ORDERS
If you are currently resident outside Sweden, you cannot shop with us via our webshop.
